The service is an integral and versatile solution for corporate communications. It enables the integration of standard phones and services, cell phones and VoIP equipment in the client granting the functionality of an advanced communication center, including call center services.

As Aptela operates with hosted service the client does not need to program the phone center, administer hardware, move to new versions or replace obsolete equipment.
